We spent the day at Diane and Jimmy's for Thanksgiving this year. It was a wonderful day. We dedicated the turkey to my dad. You see, even though it was a turkey, it was small enough to be an over-sized chicken! We all laughed knowing Dad would have had comments to make about that turkey. We even reminisced it was like having chicken in our childhood all over again when 1 bird fed all 9 of us. In this case, the turkey had to feed 10!
Diane was complaining that we didn't have enough food prepared. But I am here to tell you, it must have been the Loaves and Fish because there were plenty of left overs!
We had a small enough crowd to fit at one table. A first for us!
One thing we weren't lacking on were desserts!
On the way home, we saw this rainbow. You can see where it ends in the ground. Maybe there truly is gold at the end of a rainbow!
I have never seen a rainbow actually have an end. This was really cool. :)
Although we didn't spend Thanksgiving with Stephen and Amber, Amber sent us a picture of Levi's first Thanksgiving.
