On our way...

We had 2 back to back family reunions in Minnesota this month.  We went to Tallahassee to pick up Valerie and Chloe.  They followed us.  Valerie has family that also lives in Minneapolis and by having her own car, she could come and go between our reunion and her visitations with her own family. Valerie is an alert person who can drive long distances without getting tired (unlike me), and Chloe is a real trooper herself!  We made it to Paducah, KY the first night.  Chloe had pent up energy so we took her to a local park just down the street from the hotel.  The park itself was very tranquil and pretty.







Chloe had fun on the playground equipment.











Then once we got back to the hotel, she let Valerie know she didn't want to sleep on her mattress on the floor, but rather in bed with Mommy!





She just loved being in a big bed!
